We want you to love your new Kipling bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
